About Us

MSO Physio 151

Our Mission

Raynes Park Physio’s mission is to provide an professional, expert, and patient centred service, focused on the needs of each individual patient.

Combining in-depth anatomical knowledge and clinical experience with a positive team approach, we aim to provide our patients with the highest possible standard of care. Our patients are at the centre of everything we do.

What We Believe In

We believe in listening to and supporting our patients right through their journey and are committed to our roots of science, evidence-based medicine, and life-long learning.

At the root of all good medicine is a thorough examination and this comes, in part, from taking the time to listen and understand the problem, not just presume we know what is going on or how it is affecting you.

What We Do

We provide expert treatments and rehabilitation programmes with the aim to restore pain, movement, strength and function, enabling our patients not only to achieve their goals and perform better, but also to prevent future injury.

As well as physical treatment and rehabilitation, we provide expert advice and education for our patients to ensure the best management of their problem from start to finish. We work in tandem with our patients to better understand their goals ensuring a patient-centred approach.

How We Do It

We use hands-on treatment techniques as required, combined with the latest equipment and up-to-date scientific and evidence-based rehabilitation programmes to help our patients achieve their personal goals. Our therapists are highly skilled and are trained in various treatments including acupuncture, taping, manipulation and myofascial release to name but a few.

Through education we aim to empower our patients towards a greater understanding of their problem and to provide the necessary tools to help now and in the future.

Who We Work With

The team at Raynes Park Physio and MSO Physio are carefully selected to offer an outstanding level of care and service. All are educated to a very high standard with a minimum BSc(Hons) degree, often higher, and continual education through regular in house training is key within the clinic to maintain our high standards.

Our wider network includes experts in musculoskeletal and sports medicine, orthopaedics, pain, rheumatology, podiatry, psychology and others to ensure our patients receive the best possible input for their problem.

I saw Jo for a Mummy MOT and she was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. She helped me get on track with my post partum recovery and was very supportive of a stressed out new mum. Highly recommend!

I suffered a tibia fracture in December and Nick and the team at MSO Physio provided amazing rehab and treatment to help me return to full fitness. I’m now back on my bike and feel stronger than I did pre injury. Nick is incredibly passionate about what he does and explains in great detail the course of action required. His rehab programme was easy to understand and action. Would recommend wholeheartedly!

I had an excellent experience working with Brooke Holden for the treatment of my knee injury. Brooke was always very attentive and demonstrated strong clinical expertise, developing a tailored treatment plan and adjusting it appropriately as my recovery progressed. She communicated clearly throughout, ensuring I understood the purpose behind each exercise and stage of treatment. I would highly recommend MSO Raynes Park Physio to anyone seeking physiotherapy care.

I’ve been a customer of MSO for the past 3.5 years and visited their Sutton and Raynes Park branches. Nick and Brooke have been superb with their advice , although I’ve done the hard work I couldn’t have done it without their expertise. I’ve had all manner of issues and as a man in his mid 50’s feel like I have a body of a 35 year old . I cannot speak highly enough of both . Wishing the team continued professional success. 🙏

Harriet Jones is hands down the best physio! She helped me prepare and recovery from pregnancy / birth / postpartum alongside playing tennis competitively until 8 months pregnant, and return to matches safely post birth. I put so much of my positive birth experience down to her. Will DEFINITELY be coming back should I get any tennis niggles or am lucky enough to have another baby. Harriet was really motivating throughout, and is a wealth of knowledge. I have recommended her to so many people locally and will continue to do so!

I had the Mummy MOT with Harriet 6 weeks post partum. Harriet was incredibly thorough, I felt very listened to and left with exercises to improve my recovery and a path to begin training again. Well worth the money to do

I’ve been attending this physio clinic for around 10 months, and the results have been genuinely transformational. I came in with a long-standing condition affecting my arm and hand function, and through a combination of expert assessment, targeted treatment, and practical rehabilitation advice, I’ve seen an almost complete turnaround. What stands out is not just the treatment itself, but the professionalism and quality of care. Everything is clearly explained, sessions are focused and effective, and I’ve been given the knowledge and tools to manage things confidently going forward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, results-focused physiotherapy.
