Clinical Pilates Instructor

Hope graduated with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from London Southbank University in 2020 and is also a fully qualified Sports Rehabilitation Therapist (2017). Hope has worked with the MSO Physio team as both a Sports Massage Therapist and Physiotherapist and is currently one of our Clinical Pilates Instructors.

Hope is a level 3 qualified Clinical Pilates instructor (APPI) and has also completed training in Ante and Post Natal Pilates. Hope currently teaches many of our small group Pilates classes, looking after patients who are continuing there rehabilitation and recovery following injury or surgery.

Hope currently works full time in the NHS in a specialist role providing musculoskeletal physiotherapy in a mental health setting. With this role Hope sees a diverse array of conditions and problems from sporting type injuries to post-op orthopaedic surgery and uses all of her skills, education and experience to tailor her input to the specific needs of her patients. Hope is caring and empathetic in her approach and works closely with her patients to achieve the best results possible.

In her spare time Hope trains and competes in Olympic Weight Lifting, a specific form of weight training that requires discipline, strength and an eye for detail.

Hope is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
